Studio Policy

 

Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

​

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 business days before your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
• Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered a same-day cancellation, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
• Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.

COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH-UP

​

One complimentary touch-up is included with all full-price New Sets. Complimentary touch-ups are not included with Refresh appointments.

Eyebrow touch-ups must be completed 4–12 weeks after the initial appointment.
Lip touch-ups must be completed 6–12 weeks after the initial appointment.

Touch-ups after 12 weeks will incur an additional fee. These timeframes apply equally to all clients without exception.

SERVICE RESTRICTIONS

​

Brow & Lip Pigmentation Services cannot be performed if you are:
 

• Pregnant or nursing
• Currently undergoing chemotherapy
• Experiencing an active viral infection or illness
